What Data We Collect

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personally identifiable information. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page views, referrers, browser types, and countries — not individual behaviour. No data is shared with third-party advertising networks.

Email

If you contact us via email at [email protected], we will receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. Email correspondence is hosted on Proton Mail, an end-to-end encrypted email service based in Switzerland.

Newsletter

If we implement an email newsletter, you will only receive it if you explicitly subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Your email address will be stored only for the purpose of delivering the newsletter and will not be shared with any third party.

Affiliate Links

When you click an affiliate link on ViceBlitz, you are redirected to a third-party gambling platform. That platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data from that point. ViceBlitz may receive aggregate conversion data from affiliate partners (e.g., number of registrations, deposits) but does not receive any personally identifiable information about individual users.

Cookies

ViceBlitz does not set any cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design. If we introduce any cookies in the future (e.g., for newsletter functionality), this policy will be updated and a cookie consent mechanism will be implemented before any cookies are set.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where we process personal data, we rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) — for operating cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site usage and improve our content.

Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — for any future newsletter subscription.

Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)) — for responding to email enquiries you initiate.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

Cloudflare — Hosting and analytics provider. Cloudflare processes aggregate, non-personal analytics data. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy .

Proton Mail — Email hosting provider. Processes emails sent to our contact address. End-to-end encrypted. See Proton's Privacy Policy .

Data Retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and non-personal — it does not identify individuals and is retained by Cloudflare in accordance with their data retention policies. If you subscribe to a newsletter, your email address is retained until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access any personal data we hold about you

Request correction of inaccurate personal data

Request deletion of your personal data

Object to processing based on legitimate interest

Withdraw consent at any time (for newsletter subscriptions)

Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].

International Transfers

Cloudflare operates globally and may process data outside the UK. Cloudflare participates in approved data transfer mechanisms. Proton Mail is based in Switzerland, which has an adequacy decision from the UK for data protection purposes.

Children

ViceBlitz is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice (such as via our newsletter, if applicable).
